Pray Forty, Day Seven: Austin Community College
I take a creative writing class on Tuesday nights so I took this opportunity to lift up a little prayer for Austin Community College and it’s students and faculty.

Lord I pray for students in this school who are in pursuit of their careers. Give them grace to handle the pressure of balancing existing jobs, families, children, and spouses. Bring them friends and mentors to encourage them, and give them grace to understand and retain their subject matter as they go. Just make their lives efficient, and put in them new and creative ideas to help shape the industries they are going into.
Lord I lift up the faculty of ACC, at every campus, and ask that you would give them great and renewed fulfillment in their teaching. Lord give them new ideas to share and discuss with their students, and renewed passion for their fields. Cause them to flow in truth and revelation and pass on great inspiration to their classes.
Lord I pray that you will bless ACC with consistent streams of passionate and knowledgeable staff who are full of life and creativity. Give this institution adequate funding and bless them for their affordable offerings in education in the greater Austin area.
